Of course I designed a special Camp Nana (©carol eldridge) logo that is pink and black and had tee shirts made and tote bags etc....the girls loved them. We spent the morning at Salem Willows, an old amusement park built in the mid 1800s right on the ocean....did all the rides and played skee ball and had lunch.
They are now at pottery class with a neighbor of mine who teaches kids how to build fun things with clay. Each day is a new activity with something special to do, in between boat rides, manicures, fashion shows, self portaits, crafts, American girl lunch, the beach and just having a lot of fun being together.
One of them said to me this morning "It is so cool having a Nana who is an artist!"....that certainly made my day.
