Looks like a beautiful summer weekend coming up for us here in New England. We have the Marblehead Arts Festival, harbor illumination and gigantic fireworks celebrations which are always jammed packed and fun! We will be out on our boat the "Carol Ann", a 28' Ellis bass boat, rafting up with my brother and other friends on the Fourth sitting in the middle of Marblehead harbor playing music, having lobster rolls, potato salad, deviled eggs and all kinds of summer treats that will be passed from boat to boat as we tie up together. It is a lot of fun!
When the harbor illumination starts the flares are lit all around Marblehead Harbor casting a magical red glow reflecting off the ocean, making a wonderful sight for all to see. Then the fireworks start as darkness sets in around 9 pm on the Fourth of July!
Coastal Living Magazine just named Marblehead one of the top 10 places in the country to celebrate the Fourth of July so come on and visit us. It's a charming town with a lot of history and all sorts of cultural events offered this coming weekend. Hope to see you there!

my congratulations!

No offense, but if there's a facebook like button, it'll be much easier for me to share.

we have yet another robin's nest in our dwarf spruces on our deck. Its like a revolving baby hatching house!!3 perfect blue robin's eggs, I wish I could take one to replace the one Colby broke to your house, but then there would be one less little birdie.
